Martin Roesner grew up and studied in Germany, France and the United States. He has been living in France since 2005, where he has worked for Young & Rubicam and Swarovski in various positions in marketing, sales and business development. He has extensive experience and knowledge of the German and French markets, particularly in the retail, luxury and FMCG sectors. Since 2021, he has been managing the market entry of the DACH region for the French scale-up Alcméon, and since 2024, he has also been responsible for France.

As Country Director Germany at Everysens, she opened the German office in Duisburg in 2022 to lead the expansion into the DACH market. Everysens is a SaaS company that offers management and visibility solutions to industrial companies seeking to decarbonise their supply chain by using rail freight. As a marketing and business development specialist, she has worked in verticals such as chemicals, retail, food & beverage, automotive and steel. She is also the founder of the sustainable development platform fashionlifebalance.com and a member of the board of directors of La French Tech Düsseldorf, which was recently launched.

At Berlin Partner, Berlin’s economic development agency, Friedemann helps technology companies establish themselves and grow in Berlin. Born in Germany and having lived in France for 16 years, he enjoys working with passionate entrepreneurs from abroad and building bridges across borders. He has 10 years of international experience in areas such as attracting foreign investment, start-up accelerators and project management.

As Venture Partner at Super Capital and Investment Manager at Gilion, Giancarlo has gained several years of experience in the field of investment in France and Germany. His diverse cultural background has enabled him to successfully introduce two leading investment entities from Sweden and France to the German market. In addition, Giancarlo has played a key role in guiding the start-ups in his portfolio in their go-to-market strategies, both in France and Germany.
