Mentors
Martin Roesner grew up in Germany and studied in Germany, France and the USA. He has been living in France since 2005 where he worked for Young & Rubicam and Swarovski in various Marketing, Sales and Business Development positions. He has a long experience and good knowledge of the German and French market, particularly of the Retail, Luxury and FMCG industries. Since 2021 he is managing the market entry in the DACH region for the French scale-up Alcméon, and now France since 2024.
I look forward to contributing my digitalization expertise as a jury member for the Impact Germany program, supporting ambitious French tech startups to scale across borders and flourish in the German market.
As a Country Director Germany at Everysens, she opened the German Office in 2022 in Duisburg to lead the expansion in the DACH market.
Everysens is a SaaS company with management and visibility solutions for industrial companies seeking to decarbonize their supply chain by using rail freight. As a Marketer and Business Developer she worked on verticals like Chemicals, Retail, Food & Beverage, Automotive and Steel.
She is also founder of the sustainability platform fashionlifebalance.com and a Board member at the recently launched La French Tech Düsseldorf.
At Berlin Partner, the economic development agency of Berlin, Friedemann helps tech companies set up and grow in Berlin. Born in Germany and having lived in France for 16 years, he loves working with passionate entrepreneurs from abroad and building bridges across borders. He has 10 years of international experience working in fields like inward investment attraction, start-up accelerators, and project management.
As a Venture Partner at Super Capital and an Investment Manager at Gilion, Giancarlo has garnered several years of experience in investment across France and Germany. His diverse cultural background has empowered him to successfully introduce two prominent investment entities from Sweden and France into the German market. Furthermore, Giancarlo has played a pivotal role in guiding his portfolio startups through their go-to-market strategies in both France and Germany.
